We encourage clothing items to be separated prior to drop off if you desire to have them washed separately. If you would like to separate your whites from colors and your laundry weighs under 15lbs, you can request to have them washed separately for a $3 flat fee.
Wash & Fold services are offered 7 days a week and is a same day service if received no later than 11am Tuesday through Thursday, 24 hour turn around for anything dropped off after 11am Tuesday through Thursday. Any orders dropped off on Monday can take up to 36 hour turnaround while we catch up during our Peak Weekend drop offs. All weekend Drop offs from Friday at 11am until Sunday will result in a minimum 48 hour turnaround.
We will always try to finish your orders as quick as possible: We provide these time windows as a transparent timeline to keep expectations satisfied and give every order the time and care they deserve when trusting us with your clothes.

You bring your items to The Big Clean and we’ll weigh them while dry, then separate your laundry into white, colored and dark loads given they reach our 10 pound Minimum. Once weighed you have the choice between 3 Tiers of pricing to help better choose what type of service you may be needing.
-Our BASIC service includes Either Free and Clear Detergent or Basic laundry powder, Softener and Dryer Sheets. $1.85 per pound. You can also bring your own detergent, softener, additives from home for us to use and still only charge for this tier of pricing for specific requests.
-Our ENHANCED service includes any choice of available detergent (Tide, Gain, Foca, Free and Clear), Softener, Dryer Sheets and Bleach, if needed. $2.05 per pound
-Our PREMIUM service includes everything from our enhanced service plus additional additives like Oxi-Clean, Shout for stain removing, Odoban for mold/intense odor removal and Degreaser. $2.25 per pound
-Lastly, for any bigger items like your Comforters, Mattress pads, heavy curtains, etc. we would charge each item individually at $32.50/each which comes with all of our Premium service offerings and additives to choose from.
