Our Machines

WASHERS

SOIL LEVEL

We have options between Light, Medium and Heavy. These options not only tell the water level used but also increase the length of agitation during the cycle for loads dirtier than others. Each choice will change the price for your load.

SPIN SPEED

We offer Normal which is a high agitation great for daily use clothes, towels, and all kinds of laundry that can take a good beating. The we offer perm press which is a medium agitation cycle and great for slacks, dress shirts, shoes and other items that don’t need the highest level of agitation when washing. Then lastly we offer Delicate, which is great for thin items that could possibly tear in a heavy agitation environment, homemade quilts, dog beds and just items that need a Low agitation and mostly soak to get cleaned to perfection. These settings will not change the price of your load.

WATER TEMPERATURE

We offer HOT, WARM and COLD settings. Although our water is fed through the top of the soap dispenser, the actual temperature is bypassed through the back of the machine to avoid any unwanted burns from the Hot water for any customers checking the temperature themselves. We are proud to have state of the art tankless water heaters with over 8 units installed at each location to keep the quality and temperature of your water settings performing at top preference.  These settings will change the price of your load, so we always suggest choosing all settings the customer is wanting BEFORE inserting/swiping payment.

DRYERS

We have provided a helpful sticker on each dryer to help you better estimate how much clothes should be loaded into each size dryer to help you save time and money when choosing your dryer. All dryers take 2 minutes to heat up and are federally mandated to go into a “cool down” mode at their last 2 minutes to avoid any unwanted burns to our customers. With this in mind, we suggest loading in all money at one time to avoid fighting the cool down time every last 2 minutes. Example: for a 45 lb dryer, load in clothes to drum up to the sticker line provided and add at least 30 minutes of time on high heat. If there are more clothes than halfway up the dryer or the sticker line provided, we suggest splitting the load between 2 dryers to help you avoid long dry times and damp clothes from not having enough room to dry properly while tumbling. Lower temperatures selected will always give different results and should be checked halfway through each dry cycle to ensure proper drying and shifting of clothes for best results.

For bigger items like comforters, mattress pads, etc- we suggest using the larger dryers and asking us for the complimentary use of tennis balls that we carry for keeping your items opened and tumbling properly to avoid the “Outside is dry and the inside is still damp” type of situations.
